We are proud to offer fast and reliable shipping. Orders placed through our online store are processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping is available from our Mont Belvieu, TX location to any destination within the United States. Delivery times and shipping costs vary based on the weight of your package and will be fulfilled through USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail services.

WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO INSPECT MY ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL?

It is essential to inspect your order as soon as it arrives before removing any tags. This ensures that the items fit properly and that you received the correct products. Please note that returns must be initiated within the designated time frame, and items with removed tags cannot be accepted for return under any circumstances.

WHAT IF THERE IS A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER?

If you believe we made an error with your order, please inspect all items immediately and ensure all tags remain attached. Contact us at smalltownbranding@yahoo.com and include your name, order number, order date, and a description of the issue. We may request a photo of the item, and will let you know if needed.

If the mistake is on our end, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Please remember that all items must be returned within the required time frame and must be in brand-new condition with tags attached.

LOCAL PICK-UP

Local customers can enjoy a convenient same-day pick-up option! Simply select “In-Store Pickup” at checkout. Most orders are ready within 1–3 business hours. Please wait for your official “Pick-Up Ready” email before arriving at the store.

For added convenience, we may also send a text message notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up. We understand that text alerts are often quicker and easier, so we encourage you to save our number in your phone to ensure you don’t miss any updates regarding your order.

30-DAY LOCAL PICK-UP POLICY

Please note that items selected for local pick-up are held for 30 days from the date of purchase, including days we are closed, holidays, and weekends. We highly recommend picking up your order as soon as you receive your pick-up notification during regular business hours.

After 30 days, your item(s) will be moved to our donation bin for a one-week grace period, and you will receive a reminder text/email. If the order is not picked up within that week, the item(s) will be donated.
