Thank you for choosing Small Town Branding! We work hard to provide high-quality products, fair pricing, and prompt shipping. We truly value every customer and strive to offer an excellent shopping experience so you’ll shop with us again and recommend us to others. For questions about our exchange or return policy, please review the information below.

Return & Exchange Policy + Requirements

We accept returns on regular-priced items within 10 business days of purchase. All approved returns will be issued in the form of a store credit only. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:

- All tags MUST be attached, unworn & unwashed, free of any odors, stains, damages or signs of wear (e.g., makeup, snags, tobacco, perfume), and not on the list of FINAL SALE.

Order Cancellation Policy

We DO NOT allow order cancellations once an order has been placed.We can make limited adjustments to an existing order—such as changing shipping to in-store pickup or updating product selections (e.g., size or style)—as long as the order has not yet shipped.

To make a change to the order BEFORE it is processed, please text/call (281) 303-0015 or send an email with your order number to smalltownbranding@yahoo.com. Please note: Any fees already paid will not be reimbursed.

Gift Returns

Gift items may be returned or exchanged for store credit with a gift receipt or customer receipt. All standard store policies still apply. Returns must be completed at our storefront in Mont Belvieu, TX.

Final Sale

The following categories are Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

- Sale rack/Seasonal/Custom-made or Pre-Order items

- Items with pearls, sequins, or rhinestones

- All bodysuits, socks & slippers

- All Accessories, handbags, wallets & keychains

- Bath & body products

- All home + scent products

- Bridgewater Candle Company & Bourbon Royalty

- Food and drink products

- Local vendor product lines
