Boutique Stylist Position

We are seeking a friendly, fashion-forward Boutique Stylist to join our team. We operate as a close-knit, like-minded group dedicated to providing fun, affordable fashion and exceptional service to our valued customers. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, dependable, and eager to grow with our company.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older and a high school graduate
  (Please do not apply if this requirement is not met.)
• Availability to work during all store hours:
  Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM & Saturday, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM
• Ability to work 2–3 Saturdays per month
• Outgoing, energetic, and personable
• Basic customer service experience
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Interest in long-term employment and growth with the company (This is not a seasonal position.)

Compensation & Hours:

• Pay: $9–$12 per hour
• Hours: Approximately 12–15+ hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service and sales support
• Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, including handling cash
• Receive, tag, and organize new inventory
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while presenting a professional, cheerful attitude
