THE POLICY​

We accept returns for store credit, on regular-priced items, 10-business days from the date of purchase. All returns will be issued in the form of store credit.

THE CRITERIA

If an exchange/return is needed, please note the following guidelines– the item(s) MUST have all TAGS INTACT, must be unworn/unwashed, clear of any damages/smells (ex. make-up stains/snags/tobacco/perfume), and isn’t found under FINAL SALE!

STORE CLOTHING POLICY

We are NOT responsible for damages once the item(s) leave the store. This includes, but is not limited to, washing, snags, discoloration, etc. We ensure our products are clear of any flaws before hitting the store floor. Please read the care instructions label that can be found inside clothing before washing.

 

GIFT POLICY

If a gift is bought and for any reason, the individual does not like what they received they will need to have a receipt present to do an exchange/return at our storefront in Mont Belvieu, TX. This can be in the form of a gift receipt or customer copy given in-store at checkout. The store policy presented on the bottom of the receipt & posted online still applies.
